At SYMS Distribution, we understand that equipment downtime costs time and money. Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours, helping minimize equipment downtime and keep your operation running.

Order Processing

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary during periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped primarily via UPS.
  • Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for reorder, it will ship as soon as inventory is received.

If a backordered item becomes unavailable or the expected delivery date changes significantly, SYMS Distribution will contact you with available options, which may include:

  • A suitable replacement, if available
  • Continuing to wait for the item
  • Canceling the backordered item

Approved trade customers may choose at checkout to have available items shipped immediately while the remaining items are backordered, or to hold the order until all items are available for shipment.

Our goal is to keep you informed while minimizing wait times.

Freight Shipments

Oversized or heavy items may require freight service and may incur additional shipping charges.

If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Please provide a valid physical street address for all shipments.
  • Orders containing an invalid shipping address may be delayed until the correct address is provided.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and retain all original packaging so we can assist with the carrier’s claims process.
